And do you feel like the USA is losing it a little compared to not so long ago?
Yes, America does have its problems, but remember this: we have it off way better than so many other people around the world.
And one thing I do hate that we have turned to is sueing everybody for everything, even if it is the person’s fault who is sueing(and many times they manage to win anyway).
As far as the land of the free….if the current trend continues, it will be a thing of the past.
As far as home of the brave, I will always support those in our armed services. There are none braver.

It means that we are falling down on the job in demanding our government protect our Constitutional rights and work for US rather than special interests.
Note what you just quoted. The land of the FREE. The home of the BRAVE.
It says nothing about the government except that we are to be free of it. The founding fathers would be spinning in their graves at what we’ve let happen. It is up to us to demand our reps change and vote them out, regardless of party, if they don’t.

It means it applies only to those like Dick Chaney, George W. Bush, George Herbert Walker Bush, Jeb Bush, C. Rice. Donald Rumsfleld, John Ashcroft, Scooter Libby, and the ultra rich noons who have broken laws and feel entitled to have done it and have stolen billions and even trills ion of dollars from Americans. There is nothing brave about them however, they are all mental cases.

It reminds me of a time when we stood and recited the pledge of allegiance and meant every word. We stood side by side and won the war that came suddenly upon us by people that designed our defeat and to conquer our freedom.

There are no lawsuits as reported by insurance industry and other groups to make you think people are collecting for things that they should not. You have been hoodwinked, it is an excuse and nothing more then that.
The ones telling you we have it better then other countries are the ones making big bucks at the expense of those they are reducing wages on, and moving out of here to avoid taxes making junk at the same high price.
News flash, home of the brave and land of the free is not being exercised by the ones making off good on what men and women have worked and sacrificed for. Not for the tax dollars to be handed to rich companies ppoisoningour pets and kids with higher prices and no jobs. We are a country for its popeople
Some powerful friends that want to get business in power and have people work to survive and just barely are NOT why people fight in wars and pay taxes for!
Turn off Rush if that is where you got this idea from and read the news papers. Take a ride or look at the home books or job section! Get out a pen and paper, and figure out what you need to obtain the dream today
